DTN COMMENTS:   Asking prices are noted in the South at $192 but 
still are not established in the North. There's a bid 
currently being offered in Kansas at $190, but it's unlikely 
anything gets traded at that price and before the Christmas 
holiday.
USDA is not updating reports Tuesday. Dec. 24, or on 
Christmas Day, Dec. 25. The markets will also be closed Dec. 
25, so regular DTN market commentary will resume on Thursday,
